Real Estate Broker Post-License (45-Hr).

A *LIVE* class for a lower price than online classes??  That's right!  Our goal is to provide better quality training through live instruction, and still make it more affordable than the online courses that agents seem to gravitate toward to save money.

Why do you need this class??  Until newly licensed Real Estate Brokers have completed the 45-hour Post-License Course, it is against the law for them to negotiate on a client's behalf -- their Managing Brokers must do it for them.  They are also legally forbidden to sign any documents (Listing Agreements, Buyer Representation Agreements, etc) -- their Managing Brokers must do this as well.

This is the complete 45-hour LIVE INSTRUCTION course.  There is NOT a separate home-study portion.  This course will fulfill the total 45-hour state requirement for those individuals that ALREADY have an Illinois Real Estate Broker's license, and need the POST-LICENSE credit to renew their license for the first time.

As per Illinois Law, the 45-hour course requires 150 exam questions.  That's more questions than the state license exam!  However, we have you covered!  Aside from the many other advantages of taking the class live, we will have a live EXAM REVIEW INCLUDED, imediately prior to each of the three 50-question exams.  You WILL be completely prepared for the exams, so you can take them stress-free!

When instructors teach pre-license courses, there is so much more information that we would love to give the students, to better prepare them for success in real esate.  Unfortunately, in pre-license, we must focus ONLY on the information that is on the state license exam.  THIS course contains the REST of the information...  The "good stuff" that will propell you forward in your career!  It's also far more fun than pre-license.  :-)
