Real Estate Broker Pre-License (75-Hr).
A *LIVE* class for a lower price than online classes?? That's right! Our goal is to provide better quality training through live instruction, and still make it more affordable than the online courses that would-be agents seem to gravitate toward to save money. This particular subject also does not lend itself to online learning success. The majority of our live class students claim that they have already attempted to take online courses elsewhere, and then discovered that they really needed to seek a live instruction opportunity.
This is the complete 75-hour LIVE INSTRUCTION course. There is NOT a separate home-study portion. This course will fulfill the total 75-hour state requirement to be eligible to take the Illinois Real Estate Broker's license exam.
As per Illinois Law, the Illinois Real Estate Broker's license requires 140 exam questions. However, we have you covered! Aside from the many other advantages of taking the class live, we will have a live EXAM REVIEW INCLUDED, at the end of the course to help you be prepared for the exam.
Reading about law and theory isn't very fun. Real-world examples make the experience more enjoyable, and help the information to "sink in" better. Interactive group exercises also make for a more fun learning environment. :-)
